Subject: DPWL - LMP invitation for Proposal -
Deadline extended to 1st December 2017
DP World Limassol (DPWL) invites proposals for the development of a Liquid Mud Plant (LMP) to service the regional Oil and Gas Exploration of East Med.
DPWL was awarded a 25 year concession of Limassol Multi-Purpose Port which commenced on 29th January 2017, including the exclusive rights for the development of Oil and Gas services. Since then DPWL has contacted an environmental study on the impact of an O&G logistic zone within the port of Limassol, that also includes a multi-user LMP. The environmental study was successfully submitted and approved by the relevant authorities.
We therefore, at this stage, invite your proposal to develop the LMP including your economic suggestions in how both parties can benefit from this development.
The area designated as LMP is shown on the attach map excluding the area edged in red colour and located 28 meters from the edge of the north quay.
For consideration, proposals must include, at a minimum, the following:
- Company background and experience in developing/operating LMP
- Cost analysis of the investment required
- Propose layout minimizing land usage and plant foot print but with Max versatility of the plant to support different operations.
- Expected usage of the area including mud production projected for min 3 to 5 years.
- Economic proposal
- Minimum contract Period required
Last day to submit proposals for consideration will be
11 December 2017, at 18:00 (local time). Please submit your proposals and all relevant material to the following email address: Lazaros.firstname.lastname@example.org .
Proposals received after the specified date and time will not be considered.
Potential interested parties are invited to seek clarification by submitting questions to the following email address: Lazaros.email@example.com by
1st December, 2017 at 16:30 (local time). Qualified questions will be answered by
7th December 2017 COB.
Physical copies or CDs containing the Proposal and required information, even though not required, must be delivered to DPWL reception office at Old Passenger Terminal, within the port of Limassol, Attn: Lazaros Charalambous, before the deadline.
All material submitted will become property of DPWL and will be kept private and confidential only for internal use.
DPWL reserves the right to accept or reject any Proposal and to annul the process and reject all proposals at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to any interest party.
